Shiso has a nutty/ minty flavour. It is great in Udon Noodle soup or you can wrap sushi in it. Make a salad with crispy spring onions and tofu with a soya sauce based dressing, roll in sliced pork belly or Chop it into a salad or add to your smoothie. The red Shiso is high in anti-oxidants.
